Updates the specified rollup metadata record.
Rollup metadata (called custom metadata in the TreatyIQ UI application) is a type of tag that can be applied to a new or updated program. Admins can define two types types of custom metadata records in Reference Data: PROGRAM, or TREATY, which identify which aspect of the program is tagged.
This operation supports updating the label, inputType, and possibleValues of the specified metadata record.
