Update policy coverage

Update the specified policy coverage.

A policy coverage entry defines the scope of liability for losses of a particular type at the policy-level. Mulitple coverage entries may be defined for the same policy.

Deductible applied to lossType. A combined deductible applies to the sum of Building and Contents losses from all locations within the policy.
