Returns a list of rollup models.

A rollup model is a type of model profile that defines modeling and output configurations for a rollup analysis. Every rollup model is defined by its model type (SIMULATED), peril code, and lists of countries and LOBs that define the scope of the model profile. Rollup models are collected together into rollup model sets where they are paired with event sets.
