Creates a line of business.
A line of business (LOB) is a general classification used in the insurance industry to identify businesses by type (e.g., fire, commercial, personal, auto, or residential). An line of business is required for some types of reinsurance to apply.
Policies and step policies are defined by a line of business. Whenever you apply a step policy to a policy or step policy you must specify both the name (lobName) and ID (lobId) of the line of business.
