Creates an enrich exposure job.

Exposure enrichment is a process that enhances location exposures with building attribute data enabling insurers and reinsurers to improve the quality of exposure data.

If successful, add an ENRICH_EXPOSURE job to the queue and returns the jobId and URL in the Location header. Poll with Get Enrich Exposure Job.
