Returns a list of user groups.

A user group is a collection of principals. A user group may be assigned one or more roles, which define the operations and exposure data that members of that user group may perform and access.

This operation returns the groupId for a list of user groups, which is needed to create, delete, or regenerate API keys using Legacy API operation. The Search User Groups operation returns the groupGuid for a list of user groups.
