Search rollup metadata

Returns a list of rollup metadata records.

Rollup metadata (called custom metadata in the TreatyIQ UI application) is a type of tag that can be applied to a new or updated program.

Admins can define two types of custom metadata records in Reference Data: PROGRAM, or TREATY, which identify which aspect of the program is tagged. Each rollup metadata record is defined by an inputType: LIST or STRING.

• LIST records are defined from a pre-defined list of options.
• STRING records accept user input.
