Returns building attribute data for the specified enriched location exposure. In the current release, exposure enrichment is supported for locations in the United States only.

An enriched location is a location that has been supplemented with proprietary data from CAPE Property Intelligence and other data products as part of an Exposure Enrichment workflow. This building attribute data includes both primary characteristics and secondary modifier data.

The response returns enhanced risk data for the specified enriched location. The properties return depend on the data product licensed by the tenant.

Enhanced Risk Data Suite: Global license

If the tenant has an Enhanced Risk Data Suite: Global license, this operation returns a complete package of enhanced building attribute data including CAPE Property Intelligence property data and legacy ESDB residential data. Exposure Enrichment can be licensed as either a standalone license or as part of the Enhance Risk Data bundle.

The Exposure Enrichment entitlement delivers enhanced building and hazard attributes, roof date components, architecture and roof system identifiers, cladding, garaging, tree density, deck and slope attributes, foundation and engineering identifiers, and related flags. Enhanced data is only returned if property values are available for the location.

If the tenant has the legacy ExposureSource Database - United States - Platform license, this operation returns ESDB residential data.
