Creates a share key.

A share key is a unique, system-generated key (ID number) that identifies an Intelligent Risk Platform tenant. The share key authorizes that tenant to exchange data with a partner using Risk Data Exchange.

This operation takes two parameters. The specified share key name (shareKeyName) is the name that identifies the tenant to other Data Exchange partners.

The share key is identified by a name (shareKeyName) and the email address that identifies the Data Exchange Admin to be contacted whenever a share request is initiated. The Data Admin is responsible for reviewing the share request and approving or rejecting the data exchange.

To perform this operation, a principal must belong to a group that has been assigned the appropriate role-based permissions. The table identifies the roles with permission to perform this operation.
