A business hierarchy set is a securable that controls access rights to a group of business hierarchies. Each business hierarchy represents a collection of primary insurance policies and reinsurance contracts. The owner of the business hierarchy set may grant access to a set of business hierarchies based on group membership.

If successful, returns 201 Created HTTP response and adds job to the workflow engine queue.
