Create account

Creates an account.

An account defines a contract between a buyer (the cedant) and a seller (the underwriter) that transfers risk in exchange for some premium. Account data is the foundation of exposure data; it defines the contracts that link location data to the reinsurance data that define the terms of the coverage.
