Using risk score metrics, you can evaluate both the severity of the hazard at a particular location and the vulnerability of buildings to that hazard based on their building attributes (characteristics).

Caribbean Windstorm Risk Score 23.0 represents a complete rebuild utilizing version 23 of the North Atlantic Hurricane Model, and also includes enhancements such as the ability to specify secondary modifiers on top of primary characteristics.
