Looks up admin4-level reference data.

The Admin4 resolution level (GeoResolutionCode 6) represents small geographic divisions (for example, districts or neighborhoods) within Admin 3 administrative divisions (for example, municipalities).

The service returns country-level, admin1-level, and admin2-level geolocation data.
