Looks up zone1-level reference data.

The Zone 1 resolution level (GeoResolutionCode 11) represents a low resolution CRESTA zone.

The service also returns country-level reference data.in addition to zone1Name and zone1GeoId geolocation data. The service also returns country-level reference data.
