The Country resolution level (GeoResolutionCode 14) represents a country or nation.
Country-level reference data includes countryGeoId, countryIso2a, countryFips, countryRmsCode, and countryName geolocation data.
The service accepts two query parameters for defining the scope of the query.
- The
countryFipsquery parameter identifies a country using its Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) country code. The FIPS country code is a two-character code that uniquely identifies a geopolitical entity. For example, the FIPS country code for the United States is US. - The
countryNamequery parameter identifies a country using the common name for that country. For example, thecountryNamefor the United States is "United States".
