Grants access to Data Bridge cluster.
Tenant administrators may add a CIDR block to the access control list. Each CIDR block identifies a range of IP addresses. Clients must call the cluster from an IP address on the access control list to connect to the tenant's managed SQL Server instances. A tenant may have up to 150 CIDR blocks.
