Deletes range of IP addresses from the tenant's Data Bridge ACL.
You must be a tenant administrator to make changes to the ACL. For details, see Administer access control lists.
Client applicaitons must call Intelligent Risk Platform from an IP address specified in the ACL to connect to managed server instances in the cluster.
