Real Assets
Complete NGFS Phase 5 Scenarios
Climate on Demand now supports all 7 NGFS Phase 5 long-term scenarios for the Real Assets and Corporates asset classes. This expansion brings our scenario coverage for these asset classes to 24 scenarios. (In the previous release, 3 of the 7 scenarios were inadvertently omitted.) The 7 Phase 5 scenarios are listed below:
- NGFS5 current policies
- NGFS5 net zero 2050
- NGFS5 delayed transition
- NGFS5 fragmented world
- NGFS5 below 2 degree
- NGFS5 low demand
- NGFS5 NDCs

Parameter
categories
ParameterClimate on Demandâs financial impact APIs for corporate assets now allow you to optionally request data only for peril categories impacted by climate change using a new optional categories
parameter. This enhancement allows you to request data that exclusively includes perils influenced by climate change. When the parameter is set as âcategories": ["climate_all"]
, the cross-peril aggregate metrics labeled All Categories
excludes risk associated with Earthquakes, as this peril is not impacted by climate change.
As part of this feature, a new column is added to CSV outputs from the API indicating which parameter was selected. If not specified, the parameter defaults to all
, which outputs all covered categories, including Earthquakes.
With this release, all
and climate_all
inputs are available for the lookup-corporates
and lookup-corporate-facilities
endpoints. The endpoint lookup-corp-fac-attributes
is unchanged.
BvD IDs at the Parent and Child Facility Level
In response to customer feedback, CoD Corporates API and UI exports now include BvD IDs at the parent company and child facilities level. Company BvD ID and Facility BvD ID columns are now added to the UI and API exports as applicable.
