December, 2025
Highlights
The December release introduces the US Wildfire Loss Cost 2.0, US Wildfire Risk Score 2.0, and Europe Earthquake Hazard
- The US Wildfire Loss Cost data enables you to calculate loss cost metrics for a location based upon its geographic location and building attributes using version 2.0 of the model.
- The US Wildfire Risk Score data enables you to retrieve Risk Score metrics for a location based upon its geographic location and building attributes using version 2.0 of the model.
- The Europe Earthquake Model was updated from DLM to HD earlier this year. This data provides insight to geotechnical hazard information including soil type, liquefaction potential and landslide susceptibility across the full model domain.
Risk Lookups
US Wildfire HD Loss Cost 2.0
The US Wildfire Loss Cost data enables you to calculate loss cost metrics for a location based upon its geographic location and building attributes using version 2.0 of the model. The data product provides loss rates for building, contents and business interruption coverages as well as ground-up and gross losses when exposure values and financial details are provided. The new version provides expanded support for additional primary characteristics as well as coverage for Hawaii, which was excluded from version 1.0. There will be a future update to the US Wildfire Loss Cost data to also add support for user-defined distance to vegetation and a broad set of secondary modifiers in a future release.
US Wildfire HD Risk Score 2.0
The US Wildfire Risk Score data enables you to retrieve Risk Score metrics for a location based upon its geographic location and building attributes using version 2.0 of the model. The data product provides a score between 1-10 for the 100, 250 and 500-year return periods that reflect modeled damage ratios. The new version provides expanded support for additional primary characteristics as well as coverage for Hawaii, which was excluded from version 1.0. There will be a future update to the US Wildfire Risk Score data to also add support for user-defined distance to vegetation and a broad set of secondary modifiers in a future release.
Europe Earthquake Hazard HD 1.0
The Europe Earthquake Model was updated from DLM to HD earlier this year. This data provides insight to geotechnical hazard information including soil type, liquefaction potential and landslide susceptibility across the full model domain, which includes: : Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus (new in HD), France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel (previously a standalone model), Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta (new in HD), the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Türkiye, and the United Kingdom.
