The Central and South America Earthquake MMI data enables you to assess the Modified Mercalli Intensity, a subjective measure of earthquake intensity that ranges from 1 (not felt) to 12 (extreme risk), across an array of return periods. China MMI 22.0

China MMI data enables you to assess the Modified Mercalli Intensity, a subjective measure of earthquake intensity that ranges from 1 (not felt) to 12 (extreme risk), across an array of return periods. The data enables users to understand the implications of earthquake risk for locations in China using version 22.0 of the model.

Europe Windstorm Loss Cost 1.0

The Europe Windstorm Loss Cost enables you to calculate pricing metrics for a location based upon its location and building attributes using version 1.0 of the EUWS HD Model. The data product contains loss cost values that enable fine tuning of premium required to cover the technical cost of windstorms covering the full model domain, including: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Europe Windstorm Risk Score 1.0

The Europe Windstorm Risk Score enables you to calculate risk score metrics for a location based upon its location and building attributes using version 1.0 of the EUWS HD Model. The data product contains pre-calculated risk score values that provide a score between 1-10 in countries covering the full model domain, including: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

US ESDB Building Attributes 9.1

US ESDB Building Attributes compiles comprehensive building attribute data based on a combination of analytics, validation heuristics, and industry exposure data. ESDB data products support a wide variety of applications including the validation and enrichment of location exposure data. ESDB data products are available for locations in the United States only. Using the ESDB, you can both assess and enhance the quality of your current exposure data and provide a solid foundation where no data exists.
