Calculates risk score metrics for a geocoded location based on its location and building attributes using the Caribbean Windstorm Risk Score 21.0 data product.

The Caribbean Windstorm Risk Score product contains pre-calculated risk scores for earthquakes that are derived derived from simulated catastrophe events using probabilistic models.

Using risk score metrics, you can evaluate both the severity of the hazard at a particular location and the vulnerability of buildings to that hazard based on their building attributes (characteristics).

Caribbean Windstorm Risk Score 21.0 represents a complete rebuild utilizing version 21 of the North Atlantic Hurricane Model, and also includes enhancements such as the ability to specify secondary modifiers on top of primary characteristics.
